Star Thru

Promise of the night -

To meet stranger or friend

Dancing beneath the stars.

Fly-In

After far journey –

Voice never before heard

Unfamiliar, exciting.

Squares In The Circle

Squares within circles –

Spin change and exchange the gears,

Ripples in the wave.

Stumptown Stomp

Spring blossoms appear -

Dancers, new and old circle

Fresh petals spinning.

Acey-Deucey

Ducks exchange places –

Cross-folding their wings and quack

While some move on.

Touch A Quarter

A new sensation –

Warm hands touch, then letting go

Waves of happiness.

Weave The Ring

Weaving in and out –

Clap, slap, kick, twirl shoulders pass

We become music.

Circle To A Wave

Facing couples merge -

Eyes gazing, hands joined, circling

Rainbow waves forming.

Teacup Chain

An amusement park –

Teacups collide, separate

Joyous squeals echo.

The Call

Intricate patterns –

Fit together like seasons

Warm and crisp, perfect!

The Caller

Trained for many years –

But seamless and effortless

He brings us home again.

Venus and Mars

Smile-loving Venus

And regimented Mars dance

In blazing moonlight.

Diamonds

Multifaceted –

Diamonds dazzle, cut and flipped

Radiant points and waves.
